In case of a fire, storm, vandalism, flood, impact or other damage take the following steps:

 

 


Call LEDA and we will attend your home or business to complete emergency repairs as required. Once your adjuster is contacted a preferred restoration company (such as Leda) will be contacted to complete an assessment of the damage and provide a quote for repairs on the property to the insurance company. In some cases two different restoration companies provide estimates to your insurance company.

 

After the estimate is approved by the insurance company Leda will send an authorization package that outlines the scope of work, the required deductible, if applicable, and a work completion form. Once the authorization is signed and a deductible is paid the work can commence.

 

To Leda customer service is the number one priority. All of our appraisers are available by phone, fax or email to answer any questions at any point of the work process. We have our trades obtain satisfaction signoffs with room for you to comment to ensure our accountability. All of our work is guaranteed for two years. We want to make this often stressful time as simple as possible.
